Acquired and successfully re-zoned the 24.8-acre in West Dallas site prior to closing in December 2014. After selling 4.9-acres to a single-family home developer, Stonelake cleaned up the existing site and developed two phases of multifamily: The Austin (355-units) and Alta Trinity Green (324-units). Upon lease-up, Stonelake successfully sold The Austin and Alta Trinity Green. Subsequently, Stonelake installed a 1-acre central park and developed the 3rd phase of multifamily: The Trinity (490-units) which delivered in 2025.
