Trinity Green

Acquired and successfully re-zoned the 24.8-acre in West Dallas site prior to closing in December 2014. After selling 4.9-acres to a single-family home developer, Stonelake cleaned up the existing site and developed two phases of multifamily: The Austin (355-units) and Alta Trinity Green (324-units). Stonelake installed a 1-acre central park and is currently under construction on the 3rd phase of multifamily: The Trinity (490-units).
