Stonelake aggregated 54 infill industrial buildings totaling 2.6M-sf through 32 separate transactions. Over the course of two years, Stonelake made capital improvements to drive rents and occupancy, signing 67 leases (1.2M-sf) across the entire portfolio. The portfolio is currently leased to 132 tenants.
