Stonelake Announces 625,000 Square Foot Industrial Development in Georgetown, Texas

Stonelake Capital Partners announced today that it plans to develop a 50-acre industrial development site located on I-35 in the Austin MSA in the City of Georgetown, TX. Stonelake plans to build 625,000 square feet of Class-A warehouse/distribution space across three (3) buildings on a speculative basis.
