Stonelake Capital Partners Announces Ground Breaking on 620,000 Square Foot Industrial Development in Austin

Stonelake Capital Partners (“Stonelake”), a Texas-based real estate private equity firm, announced today the ground breaking on a 48-acre industrial development located on I-35 just north of Austin in the City of Georgetown, Texas. Stonelake plans to build 620,000 square feet of Class-A warehouse/distribution space across three (3) buildings on a speculative basis.
