Faith F. Hegner

Ms. Hegner is responsible for all aspects of property management including owner, tenant and vendor relations, oversight and coordination with operations staff, contract execution and administration, financial management and day-to-day facility maintenance.

Prior to joining Stonelake, Ms. Hegner managed industrial, office, retail, and airport ground lease properties for Lincoln Property Company, Aeroterm, and Triten Real Estate Partners. Ms. Hegner has coordinated recovery and remediation efforts for her properties after two hurricanes and has led teams through numerous property acquisitions and dispositions.

Ms. Hegner earned a B.S. in Computing and Information Science with a Business emphasis from Oklahoma State University. Ms. Hegner has also attained the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
