Dawn E. Bolen

Ms. Bolen is responsible for all aspects of property management including owner, tenant and vendor relations, oversight and coordination with operations staff, contract execution and administration, financial management and day-to-day facility maintenance and capital projects.

Prior to joining Stonelake, Ms. Bolen spent six years with CBRE managing office and retail properties. Ms. Bolen’s experience includes over 23 years as a senior property manager, managing office, retail, and medical for large and small real estate companies including owner managed, REITs and third-party management companies.

Ms. Bolen currently holds an Arizona Real Estate License and is a US Navy Veteran.
