New luxe apartments near River Oaks District inspired by London hotel

The first residents are expected to move into a new luxury apartment tower near the River Oaks District next month. StreetLights Residential and Stonelake Capital Partners are under construction on The Ivy, a 17-story, 297-unit apartment project at 2311.
