Brenda Gaines is a Director with Stonelake Capital Partners where she is involved in multi-family marketing, leasing strategy and budget management.
Prior to joining Stonelake, Ms. Gaines worked in the multi-family real estate industry for 15 years with Greystar Management in various roles. During this period, Ms. Gaines managed approximately 3,000 units which included nine lease-up projects and one pre-renovation project. Brenda received three Austin Apartment Association Property of the Year Awards. Within Greystar Ms. Gaines received several awards including, Rising Star, Marketing Pillar and Leasing and Property Manager of the Year awards for the Central Region.
Ms. Gaines attended the University of Texas at El Paso.
