Austin, TexasDiana Arellano is a Senior Property Manager for Stonelake Capital Partners’ Austin and San Antonio portfolios.
Ms. Arellano is responsible for all aspects of property management including owner, tenant and vendor relations, oversight and coordination with operations staff, contract execution and administration, financial management and day-to-day facility maintenance.
Prior to joining Stonelake, Ms. Arellano spent 5 years managing office and industrial facilities. Ms. Arellano’s experience includes over 20 years in property management, encompassing office, retail, industrial and facilities management. Ms. Arellano is an active member of BOMA Austin and IREM Austin, has her CPM certification and is working towards her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation.
Ms. Arellano earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Texas Tech University.
