Dallas, TexasRiley A. Kiltz is the VP of Strategy at Stonelake Capital Partners in its Dallas office where he is responsible for the development of Stonelake’s ESG, recruitment, and organizational design strategies as well as its external branding.
Prior to joining Stonelake, Mr. Kiltz was co-founder and CEO of The Craftwork Group, a venture-backed real estate operating company. At Craftwork, Mr. Kiltz oversaw the development of the company’s growth strategy, product development, recruitment strategy, and training and development programs. Earlier in his career Mr. Kiltz served as an Analyst at Cephas Partners, an exclusive advisor to The Blackstone Group. At Cephas Partners, he primarily focused on Latin American real estate investment analysis and portfolio company development in Brazil and New York City. Mr. Kiltz double-majored in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management at Texas Christian University where he graduated with honors and summa cum laude distinctions.
