Stonelake has assembled a 3.2 million square foot industrial portfolio through twelve (12) separate transactions in Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio. Stonelake owns thirty-six (36) industrial buildings in established, high-barrier-to-entry submarkets.
The Portfolio is comprised of local and regional distribution tenants serving the “last mile” of the distribution supply chain (i.e. infill location is important). Stonelake believes that due to limited new supply paired with increasing demand to be close-in, a compelling opportunity exists to improve the rental rates of the Portfolio through active asset management, hands-on approach to lease renewal negotiations and leasing vacant space.
